As part of its commitment to developing digital solutions that enhance government efficiency, the Presidency of State Security launched the "A’mali" Office Management Platform¹, one of the most prominent open-source government products², officially deposited in the Government Software Repository³. The platform has significantly contributed to organizing tasks and operations within the Presidency’s institutions, leading to improved productivity and enhanced administrative and operational efficiency.

A Comprehensive System for Operational Management

 The platform provides advanced tools for managing appointments, recurring tasks, requests, and notification alerts, facilitating seamless task tracking and timely decision-making. Additionally, it enables the generation of detailed analytical reports, enhancing workflow efficiency and strengthening internal communication across various departments, ultimately improving coordination and accelerating task execution.

Adoption Across Government Entities

 Thanks to its high efficiency and success in meeting operational and administrative needs, the "A’mali" platform has been reused across nine government entities⁴, as follows:
