Legal Platform

It is an interactive digital platform that includes Legal Affairs products (Litigation Product, Legal Consultations Product, Regulations and Bylaws Management Product, and Bureau of Experts Topics Product).

The Litigation Product is a system linked to the notifications of the Board of Grievances and its inquiry services, through which primary and appeal cases are managed and received via the system.

The Legal Consultations Product is a system linked to the Authority’s administrative communications platform, where a consultation is created based on the transaction requiring a legal study or consultation. All consultation procedures are carried out starting from preparation and discussion through to approval, and are then reflected in the administrative communications system.

The Regulations and Bylaws Product is a system for managing the Authority’s regulations and bylaws and displaying all related data in a professional manner, making it easy for interested parties to search. Regulations and bylaws can be fully updated or revoked through the system.

The Bureau of Experts Topics Product is a system for tracking the topics of the Bureau of Experts, allowing secure access to topic details and meeting minutes, and enabling updates by the Authority’s representatives on the respective topics.
